The focus of Swedish Massage is relaxation and stress reduction. Long, gliding, smoothing strokes are used to calm and relax your body and mind. You will feel refreshed and rejuvenated at the close of your session.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
$150 for 90 minute session
A massage using heated basalt lava stones are used to promote relaxation. Heated stones allow the therapist to penetrate deeper into the muscle without applying more pressure, allowing for very relaxing strokes , releasing of toxins, reducing muscle soreness,and improving circulation.
THAI THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

This style of bodywork uses compressions and stretches to energy lines, muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints using the hands, thumbs, elbows and feet. It is a unique combination of gentle rocking, stretching, and acupressure techniques to effectively open joints, improve flexibility and circulation. The practice relieves tension, including the spine and offers similar benefits as yoga.
DEEP TISSUE

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle targeting chronic muscle tension, knots, and pain. Specific areas of the body are targeted depending on your individual need. This massage is great for those experiencing chronic stress, participating in sports, or just feeling the need to “loosen up.”
REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet. Reflexologists believe that these reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them creates real benefits for the person's health.
